Airy, spacious & modern restaurant. I went during monsoon season and thought there would be no one there. It was nice to see it was quite busy with locals.
The menu is typical of what all the others offered with specials on a board. They were just specific types of seafood. They had crab which they showed me at the back live brown crabs. I would presume you can then choose how to cook it and with what sauce.
I opted for the fish thali and omg my mind was blown with the deliciousness and flavors. I have been to the north of India before and not a stranger to the Indian cuisine but did not expect these burst of flavors coming from all the dishes. Goan flavors are now definitely my favorite type of Indian taste.
The curry had a sour spiciness which whets the appetite nicely, with the whole fish I opted for a Portuguese paste which again had the sour spiciness element to it. The middle was slightly undercooked at the bone but that would be the only thing that I would raise and even that it’s not a big deal and take away from the dish. The other dishes was a prawn kismoor which is a dried shrimp accompaniment which had a nice sweet taste to it, a dried lemon chutney, a poppadom, rice, salad and sol kadi which initially I thought was a dipping sauce and came to realise it was a digestive drink - it was a tangy garlicky drink and it was nice using as a dip for my poppadom and rice.
I also got bebinca, which is a popular traditional goan cake, a sweet spongy type served warm.
I ordered a masala chai which come out in a massive mug and piping hot. The aromatics were so good!
With a bottle a water this all came to 473 rupees, $8 AUD, €5. This included some sort of government tax too. Absolute bargain. My waiter was lovely. No doubt I will visit here before I leave the area! Highly highly recommend!
In the end of my week stay I dined here 3 times! Other dishes I recommend would be the dry clam fry tisre sukhe.. it was sweet, buttery and moreish! I tried the kingfish thali too but I preferred the mackerel thali.. it was much more flavorful!
All in all.. you can’t really go wrong with whatever you order!
This place is too good. We stayed in South Goa for 7 days and have visited this restaurant 5-6 times. They serve very tasty and good quality food. It is also very hygienic and the staff is very polite. The owners themselves come and greet you. The vibe is nice and lively. Must definitely try if u visit South Goa.

Delicious food, nicely curated menu and helpful staff. Abhijeet was super helpful with his recommendations and everything he recommended was delicious. We had kingfish tava fry, bombayduck rava fry, calamari golden fry, caramel custard, bibinca with coconut ice cream, everything was delicious. This place is 1km ahead of Martin’s restaurant on the same lane.
